Apple Cider Syrup for Oregon Bounty Oven Apple Pancake |
| Ingredients: |
| 1 cup Sugar |
| 2 tablespoons cornstarch |
| 1 teaspoon cinnamon |
| 2 cups Fresh Apple Cider |
| 2 tablespoons lemon juice |
| 1/4 cup Butter, Tillamook |
| Steps: |
Mix all ingredients except butter. Cook, stirring until mixture boils and thickens Stir and boil one additional minute. |
Remove from heat. Stir in butter. Cool. Refrigerate. |
Wonderful served on Oregon Bounty Oven Apple Pancake, or on Cinnamon/raisin bread French Toast. Warm syrup before serving. Can be frozen or left in refrigerator several days. |
