Oregon Bounty Oven Apple Pancakes |
| Ingredients: |
| 2 eggs, beaten |
| 6 tablespoons milk |
| 6 tablespoons flour |
| 1/4 teaspoon salt |
| 1 1/2 tablespoons Tillamook butter |
| 1 Apple, Hood River, thinly sliced |
| 1/4 cup sugar |
| 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon |
| Steps: |
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Heat round cake pan in oven until very hot. Cook thinly sliced apple in microwave oven for 2 to 3 minutes. Set aside to cool. |
Blend first four ingredients with mixer or blender until smooth. Mix sugar and cinnamon. |
Put 1 1/2 Tablespoons butter in hot pan. Swirl to cover bottom of pan. Pour in batter Sprinkle sliced apples over top and push under batter. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar over top. Bake 20-25 minutes. Serve with Oregon Bounty Apple Cider Syrup. |
